We are currently offering an exciting **6-month fixed-term contract **and are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, driven, and innovative HR Business Partner to help us turn our goals into actions and results with expertise in Employee Relations (ER), Case Management, and Business Partnering, within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

**About You**:
If you have a background in working closely with a white and blue-collar workforce and thrive in a fast-paced setting, utilising your HR partnering skills, then this role is for you. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, complex case management, and labour law within your client group. Utilising data and analysis, you will drive agendas with various internal stakeholders. Your strengths in negotiation and stakeholder engagement align with our values, making you an ideal fit for this opportunity.

- Strong experience and capability in managing multiple stakeholders and effectively partnering to influence decision-making.
- Experience partnering with leaders to provide fit-for-purpose HR advice on the full employee lifecycle from performance review/management to employee engagement.
- Experience in supporting a variety of HR disciplines including leadership capability, operational HR delivery, talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and retention etc.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end workplace relations case management.
- Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of best practice HR initiatives.
