Responsible for vendor management includes managing the end-to-end supply chain activities of the both warehouse, inventory and local distribution

Ability to work independently with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.

The position requires strong operations management and communication skills. Some background on strategic supply chain planning will be a bonus.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices to support the business priorities as you need to work closely with In-Market Quality, External Quality, Product Handling and Trade Compliance Teams.

**What You Will Do**

**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:
**Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Logistics, manage third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse providers includes the following**:

- Inventory Management (Reconciliation, cycle and stock count, damages, destruction management, etc)
- Warehouse and Storage (Product Handling, cold room, goods receipt)
- Thermal Protection (Change Control, Performance Qualification, Transport Lane Risks Assessment)
- Product Quality Complaint (Coordinate the product collection and ship to Site Quality for investigation)
- Transport (Temp Excursion for Outbound, TCV qualification, impact assessment)
- Customer Services (order fulfillment, returns, commercial hold)
- In-market Quality (Self Inspection, Product Recall Admin Hold, CAPA Management, Change Control, Deviation)

**Monitor and analyses key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions with external vendors.**
- Weekly Meeting with 3PL KAM (Key Account Manager)
- Monthly and Quarterly Business Review
- Participate in the annual review of continuous improvement and costs reduction with 3PL
- Collaborate and support Regional operations on following;
- Inbound (Customs clearance, import permit, licensing, temp excursion, govt agency and local import regulations, insurance claims for damages, monitoring alliance direct drop shipment)
- Regional Trade compliance (audit, process, post clearance customs review, HS Code management)
- Regional Quality (Product Handling, Site Quality, International Transportation)
- Regional Finance (FPOL, Cycle Count, Audit)
- Regional Functional (Support EHS Warehouse & storage loss prevention, Global Security Audit, Technical Capability)

**Vendor Expense Tracking and Budget Management**
- Track vendor expenses related to purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
- Evaluate and reconcile vendor invoices against POs, verifying the accuracy of pricing to ensure proper budget management.
- Monitor and report on budget versus actual expenses, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vendor relationships to align with budget objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor expenses and budget-related transactions.

**What You Must have**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field
- Prior working experience in logistics and supply chain functional area in pharmaceutical MNC environment will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple project simultaneously and deliver results on time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and adapting to change
- Proficient with SAP and Power BI for innovative ways of working would be preferred
- Ability to be flexible, and have excellent time management: occasional late night regional and global call’s (potentially twice a week)
