**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Diesel Mechanic** to join our Field Service team based in **Dandenong.** Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to our customer’s equipment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing onsite technical support on Hitachi equipment including diagnostics, repair and maintenance
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
- Ensure your work sites are kept tidy and all paperwork is up to date
- Conducting your work in compliance with all quality and safety standards and procedures

**To be successful in the role, you will possess**:

- Minimum Certificate III in a Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic).
- 5 years’ experience as a heavy diesel mechanic
- Current driver’s license
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
