What you’ll contribute to
The Warranty Advisor is primarily responsible for providing Dealer network (Toyota & Lexus) support and assistance in all warranty related matters in order to ensure optimal implementation of warranty policies and procedures, assessing and authorising within Ringi limits, to maximise guest satisfaction and retention at optimal cost.
How you’ll make an impact- Provide Toyota and Lexus dealers with support and assistance in all warranty related matters in order to ensure TMCA’s warranty policy and procedures are optimally implemented, and claims processed swiftly within agreed SLA’s.- Process or escalate Warranty System Support (WSS) cases in order to ensure swift response and resolution for Dealer within set time frames.- Ensure warranty claim submissions are accurate based upon the information provided by Dealers in order to ensure compliance with TMCA/TMC warranty policy and procedure and swift claim processing
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification or equivalent experience- 2+ years’ experience in a call centre, customer or case management roles- Good knowledge of Toyota/Lexus product range and warranty policy and procedures- Understanding of automotive technology
