**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Browns Plains office. Working within a small team, you will be supporting senior team members with end to end portfolio management activities. You will have a chance to develop your property management capabilities with support of experienced team members.

This position is permanent full-time Monday to Friday.

Immediate start is available.
- **MUST **have a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence / registration
- Previous experience in real estate is desirable
- A keen interest in social housing and helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds through stable and secure housing
- Must hold a current driver's license
- Experience with using the MS Suite of products
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
- Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new systems

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
