At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. As an Electrical Maintenance Manager you will provide leadership and expertise in all electrical matters at Crown Perth as well as manage the electrical operations of the Engineering team. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Crown Perth low voltage and high voltage electrical systems while ensuring compliance of electrical works and systems. You will be the single point of contact to all electrical contractors onsite engaged to conduct electrical maintenance.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current Electrical Licence
- Ability to attain and hold a high voltage operator ticket
- Proven electrical maintenance management experience in an industrial or large commercial setting at a senior level
- Demonstrated operational management experience
- Ability to manage and lead a team of electricians
- Willingness to periodically carry out the duties of an electrician in the team environment
- Willingness to manage electrical contractors undertaking maintenance and upgrade projects

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with high voltage systems
- Experience with light dimming systems, network cabling and emergency lighting test systems
