Roster: 7D7N14R FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra.

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified and dynamic Fixed Plant Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to join the OPF Electrical Maintenance team at Christmas Creek.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Supervisor to lead a team to provide safe, effective and timely electrical maintenance to our equipment and ancillaries to optimise plant operational capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibility of electrical compliance to electrical regulations and procedures within the fixed plantManage electrical logbook complianceProviding leadership and support to a diverse team of trade personnel; work in conjunction with all OPF teams on scheduled worksDriving safe systems of work with a strong and positive team safety cultureEnsure development and succession plans are implemented to achieve a positive workplace cultureSet clear expectations and standards for team members to meet organisational objectivesManage and plan daily work tasks and provide supervision to all electrical employees and contractors under your controlMaintain strong adherence to weekly schedule to ensure all preventative maintenance is completely safely and efficientlyImplement initiatives to drive electrical reliability Qualifications and Experience
WA Electrical LicenceSchedule 26In-House Licence Nominee experience (preferred)HV Switching qualifications with previous experience Strong knowledge of statutory compliance as well as WA electrical standards, regulations and legislationLeadership experience within a processing plantExperience in computer-based maintenance systems – SAP desirable About Us
