**The Role**:
Based in the Sydney head office, this role is responsible for office administration and coordination. The key duties include, but are not limited to;
- Assist the business with data collection, compiling and organising materials, as well as preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations of varying complexity.
- Providing general administration support to the EA’s and departments as requested, including but not limited to expenses, preparation of documents, data entry, general typing, and any variety of overflow work.
- Assisting with all facets of coordinating a large office.
**About You**:
- Previous relevant experience in an administration role within a corporate environment.
- Previous experience providing administration support to a group or team is highly desirable.
