Are you an extraordinary individual with a passion for providing quality in-home care services? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of our clients in Geelong.

We have a variety of shifts available for day and evening, and overnight shifts in various locations across Geelong and Bellarine including but not limited to Norlane, Corio, Bell Park and more

**About the Role**
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide tailored care, assisting with:

- Personal Care
- Manual Handling
- Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Transport & Community Access (escorted and unescorted shifts)
- Meal Preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

You will be a key part of our clients' lives, offering emotional support, facilitating social interaction, and helping them reach their personal goals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous background in aged care, disability support, or home/community care preferred
- Relevant qualifications (Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
