Drysdale, Australia Crescent Respite Full time

**Company Overview**:
At Crescent Respite, we have championed a distinctive approach to respite care.
Often, we are asked about the inspiration behind Crescent. At its core, our vision has always been to infuse respite with a genuine human touch. In an industry where many prioritise simply offering a temporary escape, we've observed a crucial component often overlooked: the therapeutic benefits.

While many facilities offer a place for participants to momentarily detach from their daily stresses, they frequently return unchanged. To us, true progress lies at the heart of rejuvenation, happiness, and clarity. And it is this very progress that has always been our guiding light at Crescent Respite.

- Supervision of support workers on a regular basis. Maintain and build relationships with existing Participants and key referrers such as Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Supporting Participants, their families, and carers to understand and access the business’ services and policies.
- Nurturing a network of connections across the disability and community care sector.
- Develop and Maintain Operational Administrative Systems, Procedures and Processes to Support Effective Management of all areas of Service Delivery.
