**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Specialist available on a fulltime basis. You will be responsible for creating Social Media Contents and leading the Social Media campaigns and driving the strategic marketing direction for our organisation.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and execut social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Manage social media ad campaigns, optimizing for ROI and conversion rates
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions aligned with brand identity
- Conduct performance analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools
- Collaborat with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility
- Boost followers and engagement rates by implementing an organic and paid content strategy
- Launch successful social media campaigns
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to adjust content strategies accordingly
- Manage brand reputation by responding to comments, reviews, and messages promptly
- Previous experience in contents creation managing marketing campaigns and budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Take accountability for the financial reporting and management of Marketing budget
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability building effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media community management and content generation

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
