**How will I help?**
The Response Manager role reports to the Sustainability & Response Director who is responsible for leading the sustainability risk class portfolio for Group Audit, as well as short, targeted reviews in response to emerging & evolving risks, regulator and/or management requests.
**Some of the key accountabilities are**:
- Assist in identifying potential response reviews from continuous monitoring activities
- Understand and deliver on the short, targeted objective of response reviews
- Conduct interviews and obtain evidence to support conclusions, issues and recommendations
- Assist in the reporting stages of the review, including preparing and discussing review memos with management
- Contribute to an effective and collaborative team culture by participating in home team and Group Audit strategic and continuous improvement initiatives

**What do I need?**
- Substantial years of experience in risk management, management consulting or internal audit in the financial services industry
- Data analysis and visualisation skills (desirable)
- Experience across a broad range of products, portfolios or risk classes
- Self-starter who is proactive, curious, willing to learn and look for new challenges.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, and experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
