**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing program and drive impactful partnerships across our full-service brands Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First.
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in building our affiliate and partnerships network, establishing valuable collaborations, and optimising revenue growth and brand visibility.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive results through innovative affiliate marketing strategies and develop impactful partnerships with key industry players.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy, encompassing acquisition, retention, and optimisation of affiliate partnerships.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of high-performing affiliate partners, affiliate networks, and influencers to expand and diversify our affiliate program.
- Negotiate and manage commission structures, affiliate agreements, and promotional campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, continuously innovating the affiliate program to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and innovative collaborations that align with business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with affiliates, partners, and industry influencers, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining regular communication.
- Provide timely and effective support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall partner satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in affiliate marketing and sponsorship/partnership management, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing high-performing affiliate partners, negotiating agreements, and driving significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
