THE ROLE
- As a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
- Support boutique management
- Striving to achieving KPI’s and store sales targets
- Make sure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all times
- Daily security stock counts
- Undertake daily routine as directed
- Stock maintenance and cleaning
- Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
- Attend regular training and continuously develop own knowledge base

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated retail experience (luxury industry beneficial)
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills
- Genuine passion for the Longines brand
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
