**Salary**: $18 - $24 per hour

**What We Are Looking For**:
Our company is looking for Pre-Kindy Tuition Centre Teacher on a part-time basis. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the foundational learning journey of children ages 3 to 5, preparing them for the school environment. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere where young learners can explore, discover, and develop essential skills. Your role is vital in fostering a safe and inclusive space where children feel comfortable to express themselves and build confidence as they prepare for their next educational steps.

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Teaching experience preferred but not essential
- Teaching Qualification preferred but not essential
- University students will be considered
- Working with children check preferred but not essential
- First Aid preferred but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team, providing guidance and support to fellow educators and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with families, colleagues, and community partners.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to child safety standards, including mandatory reporting obligations.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children and evolving educational trends.

**Responsibility**:

- Create a safe, friendly, and engaging environment for children aged 3 to 5.
- Plan and lead fun, educational activities that help children develop early skills in language, math, and creativity.
- Encourage social skills by guiding children on how to play and share with others.
- Support each child’s individual learning needs, recognizing that every child grows at their own pace.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
- Encourage independence, curiosity, and self-confidence through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and a structured routine to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all children in the classroom.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
