We are seeking an experienced Equipment Hire Manager to join our team.

The person that joins our team needs to highly motivated and organised.

Your role will be to ensure our standards are met onsite by liaising with the Client and directing of staff from start to finish. Whilst in the Factory you will direct staff to ensure that all jobs are loaded, checked for cleanliness and on return trucks are unloaded and equipment cleaned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise and control operations in the hiring out of equipment to customers, including companies involved in areas such as building and engineering construction, government, mining and resources, manufacturing, maintenance, special events, and to individuals for personal use.
- Management of events: Includes liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget for the event. This includes onsite meetings.
- Manage staff: This includes pre-event with the rostering, stock preparation and loading processes, On site for the delivery process and post event for the bump out and unloading.
- OH & S Responsibilities: Responsible to ensuring all tasks are undertaken within OH & S guidelines both in the factory and onsite.
- Training of staff: You are responsible for the onsite staff, including Agency Staff. This includes site induction and onsite training of our equipment and process. Includes making sure they are familiar with OH & S in general, in using our stock and onsite specific OH & S matters.
- Management of sub-contractors: Ensuring all sub-contractors are communicated with in terms of time, access and onsite inductions. When on site, ensure they deliver as per our clients expectations and in a timely manner.

Personal Skills:

- Good oral and written communication
- Good organizational skills

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field
- Ability to use CAD program
- Australia/New Zealand Permanent Residents Only

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
