**About the Role**

In this role you will be part of our Telesales team located inside Mantra on View in Surfers Paradise. You'll be responsible for selling exciting 2-night holidays. Whilst on holiday your guest will have the opportunity to discover the benefits of Accor Vacation Club.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers (approximately 85% of the time).
- Receive inbound calls from customers who require further information or would like to book in for a holiday (approximately 15% of the time).
- Connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Understand our vacation packages and travel services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.

- A positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach.

- A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
