With your clinical expertise, you’ll support our residential care leadership team with day to day operations, focusing on clinical education programs, quality improvements and compliance that promotes and encourages the highest level of care for our clients. In addition to operational support, you’ll:
- Coordinate support in preparation for site accreditation audits, and subsequent action
- Ensure standardised and accessible resources for cluster services, promoting consistency
- Play an active role in supporting committees, working parties and research activities
- Identify site specific challenges, supporting leadership team with implementation and documentation of continuous improvement activities
**Your skills and experience**:
Your experience has equipped you with a contemporary knowledge of the challenges of Aged Care as they relate to clinical governance, quality standards and client directed care. Your strong communication skills, experience and well-developed problem solving skills have provided you an outcome-focused, systematic approach to finding solutions. You’re confident working under pressure, juggling conflicting priorities as they arise.
**You’ll present with**:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in clinical specialty or relevant industry qualification
- Minimum 2 years Registered Nurse experience
- Experience working within aged care (Desirable)
- Previous experience undertaking quality improvement activities
- Exceptional communication/stakeholder management skills
- Current registration with AHPRA
