Daniel Wellingtons QVB Sydney Store, is looking for a New Team Member to join as Retail Store Team Leader / Supervisor.

**THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN***

In this role, we see a person who will bring Innovation, Creativity and Sales to our Store. It is important to us that you have the energy and desire to be a part of our Successful Team. You are someone who is capable of Driving Success with a wide range of Diverse Responsibilities.

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Achieving and Exceeding Sales Targets
- Driving the Sales Efforts and Customer Relationships in the Store through excelling in Customer Service and Selling Techniques
- Lead Daily Store Operations/Maintenance & Merchandising
- Team Leadership & Development
- Roster Scheduling

**WHO YOU ARE**

You are amazing at Managing your Priorities while working in a High Paced Environment with new Challenges every day. You have strong Self-Leadership, Organizational and Interpersonal Skills, as well as Tactical Thinking and a Creative Mind.
- 1-3 years of Experience of working with Sales as Senior Sales Associate, Supervisor, or 2IC
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills
- Strong Leadership Skills and Experience in Building Strong Teams
- Passionate about your Role, Team and the DW Brand
