Marketing Manager, Sponsorship

The Opportunity

You will make an impact as a critical part of the Investor marketing team, focusing on planning and executing events and sponsorships to help cement Dexus as the real estate investment partner of choice, drive new business and retain existing business.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of all events and sponsorships strategies, you own all aspects of developing and executing innovative, high-impact initiatives to drive brand awareness, consideration and sales.
- Assist in maintaining a roadshow calendar across the Funds platform
- Events Co-ordination - Help co-ordinate efforts for various events and roadshows for distribution and new business including preparing presentations and arranging merchandise.
- Asset Tours - Assist businesses in organising asset tours including developing itineraries and tour packs
- Manage and execute end-to-end:

- Dexus owned events
- Fund unitholder meetings (AGMs, investor updates)
- Industry events and sponsorships including contract negotiation and entitlements
- Annual Investor Day

Along with your strong written, copywriting and project management skills, you will thrive on developing relationships and managing expectations across all levels of a business. You will be outcome focussed, able to project manage effectively and work to set timeframes.

- Demonstrated experience in events and sponsorships in financial services or investor markets (incl PD accreditation processes)
- Experience planning, implementing and executing events and sponsorships
- Good understanding of the funds management industry
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement and reporting (ROI).
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to develop productive relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Broad and creative thinker; thinks outside the square, problem solver
