Are you ready to take the next step in your career in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)?
**Child Care Australia United Ltd**, a not-for-profit organisation with a strong presence across the Sutherland Shire, is seeking a passionate and motivated **OSHC Coordinator** to lead and inspire at our **Como** service.

We pride ourselves on fostering a strong sense of **community, inclusion and belonging** by working closely with families, schools, and local groups. If you're an experienced OSHC educator looking to grow into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to **coordinate a small, community-based service** with the support of a dedicated and experienced management team. We will mentor and guide you as you develop leadership skills and learn to manage the day-to-day operations of a service.

As Coordinator, you will:

- Plan and implement engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
- Lead a small team and support a high-quality, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

**What You’ll Need**

No formal qualifications are required. However, to be successful in this role you must have:

- Experience working in OSHC or a similar childcare environment.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Required (or willingness to obtain before commencement)**:

- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Child Protection Training (mandatory)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

- **Before School Care**: 7:00am - 9:00am
- **After School Care**: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- Plus planning/admin time

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
