An integral leadership position working with Serco Traffic Camera Services. The role performs a critical component in leading the Mobile Road Safety Camera service delivery region to maximise service delivery, operational efficiency and mitigate operational risk, while meeting contractual obligations. For this reason we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and develop a team of Mobile Road Safety Camera staff to deliver vital services to assist us in delivering crucial services to improve road safety.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Detection Services Manager, you will be responsible for motivating, mentoring and developing Service Delivery regions, processes and systems to ensure that contractual and organisational expectations are met, and excellent working relationships with internal and external clients are maintained.

This key role in leading a team of Mobile Road Safety Camera Operators in delivering and improving road safety in Victoria. Your credibility and experience in people leadership will ensure that KPIs are met across the dedicated region through the regular review and support of your diverse team. You will work together with other high-performing leaders to deliver this highly essential service for the contract.

Working closely with other senior leaders within Serco Traffic Camera Services, you will be well supported to deliver this crucial service. A variety of overlaying complexities will keep you engaged as you uphold and inspire a centre of excellence reputation.
