**About the role**

**What will my time look like?**

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media campaigns and internal communication
- s Develop and maintain branded templates in Marq (or similar platforms) for use by stakeholder
- s Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions to equip other departments with content creation skill
- s Provide best practices for photography, videography, and social media posting tailored to specific business need
- s Coordinate and conduct photoshoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, and editin
- g Use animation software to bring static designs to life, adding creative flair to visual material

**Am I a good match?**

Expertise in multimedia production, including videography, photography, and graphic desig
- n Strong proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- ) Excellent communication and coaching skills to empower colleagues in content creatio
- n A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience using CMS tools to optimise content for SEO and user experience
