**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Customer Engagement and Relationship Manager will:
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships in order to:
- effectively understand strategic and operational priorities.
- ensure key business issues and requirements are understood and supported by suitable information and digital services
- Influence service improvement and innovation in the delivery of information and digital services.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication in the context of planned and unplanned ICT change, including business impact assessment and mitigation planning.
