Bush regenerator required for an immediate start

Our client is a national, action-orientated, environmental enterprise with a mission to conserve and restore landscapes at scale through collaborative, science-based and innovative conservation programs. We work collaboratively with a broad range of significant partners to plan, develop, and deliver scalable solutions for the biggest environmental challenges facing Australia.

The position will support the achievements of GA through completing responsibilities of:

- On-ground vegetation management services aimed at conserving and restoring the natural environment.
- Community events delivery (e.g. tree planting days) - including assisting in the engagement of school aged children, community members and corporates.
- The employee will work directly alongside senior staff members to gain field-based skills & support delivery of in-field operations in an efficient, practical, and safe manner.
- This is primarily an outdoors position which involves physical activities and the operation of equipment in a range of outdoor locations in a variety of weather conditions.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be required to have the following:

- Driving Licence and own car - ability to drive manual
- Physical ability to carry out on-ground restoration work including, but not limited to, weed control, planting, habitat rehabilitation, installation of jute matting, collection of plant material, watering and fertilising, cutting and swabbing and life construction.
- A valid WWCC - or willing to obtain
- ChemCert qualifications - or willingness to obtain
