**Position Information**:
Springwood High School is proudly comprehensive in nature and purpose, with a current enrolment of 605 students, 8% of students are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students, offering challenging and diverse learning opportunities with high expectations of all. Our school also has an off-campus support unit located at Glenbrook that is comprised of three classes.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Approval to teach Dance and Personal Development, Health & Physical Education 7-12.
- Proven ability to design and deliver dynamic and engaging teaching programs that cater to a wide range of student interests, abilities and backgrounds.
- Ability to use effective classroom management strategies to create a classroom environment that is engaging, inclusive and fosters a culture of high expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community through extra curricular opportunities within the Creative and Performing Arts.
