**About the Assignment**

Deliver continuous improvement and standardization opportunities across the onshore Maintenance Team, working closely with Maintenance Support, Reliability and Maintenance Execution. Work activities are driven via the area-based schedules, delivering cost effective equipment outages, overhauls, shutdowns, and project upgrades.

The role enables continuous improvement and successful execution of planned maintenance activities within the Centralized Maintenance Team.
- Engage with specialist technical support within internal and external teams, and contractors
- Deliver continuous improvement and standardization opportunities across the onshore compression fleet and field assets, with a strong focus on Safety Critical Maintenance (SCM) to permit our license to operate
- Support schedule compliance and work execution quality, focusing on continuous improvement within the execution teams, leveraging off technical and trade background experiences
- Escalate, drive and resolve daily threats to schedule compliance with relevant stakeholders

**Schedule and Execution**
- Drive schedule compliance within the team
- Participate in area schedule reviews and feedback changes
- Corrective Maintenance work order reviews to confirm, scope, resources & materials before work order release.
- Fortnightly schedule support - forward look ahead for potential shortfalls of labour and materials

**Systems & Contractor Interfaces**
- Facilitate/Chair monthly IWT’s (Integrated Working Team sessions) with key contractors
- Coordinate reviews and updates of key operating procedures
- Maintain/update team KPI Dashboard
- Liaise with training providers to align training with roster with mínimal impact to operations

**Field Facing Support**
- Actively visit the field to build relationships with the execution teams
- Support MDCRs, BOMs, parts issues, TIN reviews and updates to ensure information is current and correct
- Support maintenance manifest delivery, location, confirm parts, security

**Relationships**
- Build and maintain relationships with key maintenance contractors and OEMs
- Liaise with technical engineering and project engineering teams to challenge and maintain work pack quality
- Liaise with planning and scheduling team challenge and maintain WO quality and scheduling efficiencies

**About you**
- 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in planned maintenance outages or project management of minor or major oil and gas projects
- Knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment
- Strong communication skills to encourage involvement for site and contractor interface for planned outages and work related activities
- Previous experience within Project Management, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering would be favourable but not mandatory
