We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate **Program Manager** at **Southern Autistic School** **to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting through the School Holiday Program. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you. This is also a great opportunity to gain experience in the Specialist/Disability Support sector for a future Coordinator role.

**The Role**:
This role is full time - 38 hours a week - with a fixed roster across the week both in session and out of session to completed administration time. This role is fixed term across the school holiday program, with an opportunity for ongoing work.
- Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
- Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
- High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
- Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
- Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
- Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
- Career development and progression pathways

- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with training, coaching and management of a large team
- Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
