We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
**Finance and People Administrator** in our Finance team. You will manage the day-to-day activities across finance and support the people and culture team. It is integral to the smooth operations of RTG and ensures our people, customers and suppliers are happy.

**Role**
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Liaise with Suppliers, review expenses, highlight any discrepancies and prepare for monthly payments.
- Receivables follow up and statement distribution for all overdues and manage/escalate for resolution
- Recurring invoicing for monthly ongoing Software Subscriptions and Annual Subscriptions
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Administer the monthly payroll to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage annualised salaries process and payroll updates to ensure compliance
- Ad hoc employee payments as required - eg. terminations, new employees, salary increase, contract variations, expense reimbursement
- Run superannuation reports, prepare, and process superannuation monthly payments
- Process payments through Employment Hero Payroll and the NAB portal
- Novated leasing administration in payroll and reporting
- Assist P&C Manager to collect, consolidate and prepare regular People reports
- Maintain up-to-date training, certification, VISA, and WWCC records on Employment Hero
- Maintain, update, document, and report OH&S regulations and cases via the P&C Manager
- Assist People and Culture teams with staff event management

**About You**

You’ll have demonstrated experience and skills in the provision of value-added finance and administration support. You will have:

- Experience in Finance Support role preferred including Receivables and Payables
- Experience in supporting or managing payroll
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to work with mínimal supervision to achieve desired outcomes.
- Knowledge of current taxation, payroll, and superannuation legislation, and basic accounting principles
- Experience or aptitude for using IT systems e.g Employment Hero HR, Xero, Autotask, and Gluh
- Good interpersonal skills include communicating effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
- Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- VCE or Relevant demonstrated experience within a similar role;
- Experience in Finance Support role preferred
