**Globe Labour Hire** is a locally owned & operated labour-hire & recruitment business based in Brisbane.

We've been in business for over 15 years. We are specialist recruiters focused on the Construction Industry, working exclusively with large-scale building companies on many significant projects.

Our clients undertake projects ranging from commercial & residential, high-rise, sporting, health, government, retail, education, hotels & many more.

**Globe's reach is growing, and we're looking to bring a new Accounts Payable / Payroll Admin on board to support our existing team.**

This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn all aspects of Accounts / Payroll from the ground up and assist with some other accounts-related tasks.

**About the role**:
As an Accounts Payable / Payroll Admin, you will be responsible for:

- Working with the Payroll & Accounts team with all aspects of the weekly payroll process to eventually complete the end-to-end process yourself
- Ensuring data accuracy in our payroll process and timesheets across the board
- Administrating Rates, Payroll Reports & other data related to processing accounts and payroll

**What we need from you**:
Some experience in Accounts & Payroll is necessary; however, the following aspects will be essential to your success in the role:

- Being highly organised, reliable, detail-oriented and having a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately.
- You are tenacious and a problem solver.
- You have strong communication, customer service and social skills and are willing and able to take on a challenge.
- Strong computer skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, are essential.
- Experience with Astute Payroll, MYOB & JobAdder are advantageous

If you happen to be interested in the construction industry, that would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
