About The Role

Right now, we are looking for a Payroll Admin to join the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Various administration duties required to assist the payroll team
  • Payroll email inbox monitoring, reviewing and allocation to team members
  • Processing decisions and reimbursements for employees
  • Timesheet entry into the system for processing
  • Running your own small client payrolls ensuring they are processed timely and accurately
  • Checking manual and automated timesheets to ensure accuracy of invoicing
About You

You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will offer a great working environment and genuine opportunities.

You will also possess the following:

  • Experience in administration or data entry
  • Payroll knowledge not essential but advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
