**YHA** is currently seeking a **Cleaning Supervisor **to join the team on a **full-time basis **at Brisbane City YHA.

As a dynamic and energetic self-starter, reporting to the Property Manager, you will effectively manage and lead a team to successfully deliver cleaning services and standards at Brisbane City YHA.

**Day-to-day duties include but not limited to**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services including supervising of staff and reactive cleaning requirements.
- Manage inspections and compliance by undertaking audits and Job Safety Analysis
- Ensure client/customer service and satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
- Other ad hoc duties within capabilities

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor in commercial cleaning
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written

**Salary**: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
