**Do you have a passion for Japanese food?**

Vakna No.3 Premium Grill, a vibrant restaurant in Caroline Springs serving delicious Japanese cuisine, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Lead to join our growing team

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage stock rotation and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and fast-paced team atmosphere
- Participate in all aspects of food preparation

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum 3 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Qualification in commercial cookery (preferred)
- Experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and leadership skills
- A positive and can-do attitude
