Our highly-qualified team of pilots, aircrew, engineers and safety managers has wide experience in a diverse range of operations, under challenging conditions, including remote, maritime and mountainous locations, in all weather conditions - day or night.

Toll Remote Logistics’ Toll Helicopter supports large-scale integrated remote logistics operations as well as providing specialist stand-alone services.

As part of Toll Remote Logistics’ remote operations, we provide helicopter support services in locations that are remote and challenging. Our customers include both commercial and government organisations who need to know they can rely on our safety, professionalism, reliability and quality processes.

Our stand-alone services include emergency medical, search and rescue and overwater operations. We also provide support in remote locations to specialist Police and Defense operations using multi-engine IFR NVG aircraft.

Every one of our pilots has extensive helicopter flying experience in a broad range of situations. This means that no matter where we are, we know we are providing the best and safest service possible.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate inductions of new engineering team members
- Coordinate day-to-day engineering team rostering and support equipment activities
- Facilitate communication and coordination between team members and managers
- Coordination of Engineering Travel and accommodation to support Engineering roster and deployments
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and projects
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documents and systems
- Perform administrative tasks and low level audit functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation
- Be professional, approachable, customer centric.
- Intermediate or higher with MS Office and other similar programs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
