**About the role**

**Duties**
- Be actively involved in providing transparent communication around project progression with all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records and purchase activity details
- Liaise with purchasing and engineering team members
- Prepare prices or quotations for product purchases

**Skills and Experience**
- Have a background in technical customer service or some form of internal sales
- You may have a robust background in customer service or a degree technical background
- You will have sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Be well organised with the ability to prioritise your activities and time
- Have a technical mindset with an eagerness to learn new products and concepts
- Be skilled with Microsoft Office and Excel systems with the ability to learn business systems such as Pronto and SAP
