**The Role**:
Are you ready to make an impact? We're on the lookout for some enthusiastic and driven **Full Time Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at our Brand NEW Sleeping Giant Helensvale store.**

As a key player in our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase our stunning products, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive sales to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to elevate revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Collaborate on various store operations, efficiently processing orders.

**What We're Looking For**:

- To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

- Exceptional communication skills, with a natural flair for building rapport and engaging customers.
- A customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver furniture (up to 20kg) with ease.
- A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a retail environment.
- Availability/Flexibility to work weekends.
- Experience selling mattresses would be a bonus, but not essential

Pay: From $25.65 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
