**Your new role**
As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing enquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating meetings and managing the reception area.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and office tasks.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to clients and addressing their needs.
- Document Handling: Organizing and maintaining records.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Receptionist Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in MS Office: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
