Associate Director

Our Connected Technology Group (CTG) defines and drives the digital, data and technology strategy for KPMG. We have an important advocacy role for technology in the market and across KPMG, working with our technology leaders to build our market presence. We cultivate collaboration and integrate tech execution across our business, driving a firmwide approach to how we go-to-market and build the capability of our people and attract new talent.

**Your new opportunity**

As a member of our Technology Services team in KPMG, the Associate Director will play a crucial role by:

- Leading a team comprised of Technology Services Network and Voice Operations professionals.
- Showcasing your technical leadership in regard to the architectural design, implementation and delivery of various Network, Voice and Conferencing initiatives.
- Leading relationship and commercial aspects of third party vendors, managed services and all major suppliers.
- Being accountable for Network performance and stability for the member firms (data, voice, wireless, VPN and load balancing).

- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to all levels, Executive to team members
- Deep technical knowledge and experience working in Data Network, Voice and Security (highly desirable if you are able to demonstrate your knowledge of future network capabilities).
- Strong vendor management expertise including demonstrated commercial experience with handling million dollar engagements.
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
