**Casual Home Care Worker positions - available now Flexible positions provide real work/life balance.** Working in the community in your local area, you will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification and genuinely enjoy supporting elders to remain living in their own home in your local community. As you will be mobile in the community you must be comfortable working alone, visiting clients homes and providing services such as domestic assistance, personal care, social support and shopping. You will have access to your own registered and comprehensively insured car and be willing to transport our clients safety in your car. You will be well-supported in your role by our Coordinators and Registered Nurses and will receive training and the items you need to perform your role. **Key requirements**: - A caring and compassionate nature - you genuinely enjoy looking after and helping the elderly - "Can do" attitude with good communication skills - Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) or equivalent - Permanent Australian Resident - National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) - Current Flu Vaccination - Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 - Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) - Open Australian Drivers Licence - Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance You will be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and Influenza and have a reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle. All Aged Care is a quality established provider of in-home aged care services (CHSP/Home Care Packages) in SE QLD.
