**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Supply Chain Operations Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical, on-the-job experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

As a trainee, you will learn all aspects of supply chain operations, including warehousing, logistics, inventory management, distribution and administration. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the supply chain/ecommerce industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment.
- Follow workplace health and safety protocols.
- Support the team with supply chain documentation and data entry.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Additional administration tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine interest in supply chain operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills (experience with inventory software is a plus).
