**About The Role**

McIlwain are seeking an experienced Proposals & Submissions Manager who will be responsible for preparing and managing the non-price components of bids for individual EOIs/tenders and coordination of McIlwain’s marketing activities.

**Duties**
- Coordination of accurate, concise, and well-presented expressions of interest (EOI’s) and tenders within delegated timeframes.
- Proactively coordinate and develop technical and non-technical written responses for submissions.
- Manage graphic design support for all submission requirements.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to create high quality submissions.
- Overseeing the production of final submissions to a high standard, ensuring that they are well organised, concise and communicate key messages.

**Skills & Experience**
- 10 or more years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor of Business/Journalism/Marketing highly advantageous.
- Experienced in Bid Writing, Submissions Management and Graphic Design.
- Previous work experience in Civil Construction highly desirable.
