**About the role**:

- Maintain and implement the Sensormatic Pacific EHSQ daily operations and management systems
- Lead Sensormatic APAC EHSQ team members and programs
- Responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) Management Systems
- Support Crisis Management and Business Continuity
- Work closely with Sensormatic APAC and Pacific Management teams to improve EHS management systems, processes, and practices
- Monitor and measure compliance with legal standards
- Establish effective follow up procedures to ensure any risks/deficits are addressed
- Provide professional EHSQ advice to operational management teams
- Provide support for effectively assessing and controlling risk in the workplace
- Identify EHSQ training and development needs
- Ensure EHSQ audits are conducted and corrective action taken as needed.
- Carry out detailed investigations for more serious incidents in the workplace and draft appropriate reports.

**About you**:

- Diploma/Certificate of WHS or relevant qualification
- 8-12 years related experience and/or combination of experience and education
- Minimum 10 years experience in leading EHSQ team with operational experience in the Pacific
- Understanding of EHSQ policies and procedures
- Team/Technician management experience
