**Role Details**:
The Spotswood Nightshift Supervisor role is part of Visy Logistics and is based at our Visy Glass Spotswood site. This is a night shift position, working Monday to Friday, from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM. The role reports to the Site Manager. You will have 5 forklift operators and 5 drivers reporting directly to you.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure cost control and service excellence.
- Oversee adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Manage day-to-day transport planning to ensure the timely, reliable, and efficient supply of Visy Glass products for customer deliveries, JIT deliveries, customer pickups, production transfers, packaging shuttles, and exports.
- Monitor Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure smooth operations from production to storage and customer delivery, including tools like SAP, Ramco, MTdata, and E80 GUI.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day warehouse staff, tracking tasks and ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Visy Glass Plant and Customer Service teams to maintain a seamless link between production, warehousing, and customer service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, documentation, and safety requirements (SWPs, HSE, etc.).
- Maintain weekly safety and incident reporting, including hazard identification, warehouse walk audits, toolbox talks, and safety huddles.
- Regularly use Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, to track and report on operations.

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team.
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and performance management abilities.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
- A valid car licence is essential.
