Area Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Area Housekeeping Supervisor to work with us at our clients' properties in the Gold Coast QLD region.

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Weekly inspections at client properties to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards in guest apartments and public areas are met.
- Undergo checking cleaned rooms behind Room Attendants and Team Leaders on site to ensure performance standards are met.
- Assisting and liaising with our Head of Operations with staff training, staff re-fresher training, keeping record of onsite toolbox talks and keeping the senior management team regularly updated with operations at all client properties.
- Rostering staff, and reporting issues to the senior management team so they can liaise with the Property.
- Contribute to the growth of the business. May be required to visit potential clients in Queensland.

**Requirements**:

- Must live in the Gold Coast, QLD area. **Full driver's licence and own car required.**:

- Must be hands-on and flexible. Must be available five (5) days a week minimum. Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays during high volume periods if necessary.
- _**Minimum 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor**_ **in Australian hotels or serviced apartments is required**.
- Exceptional high attention to detail and ability to maintain standard whilst working under pressure and time constraints.
- Reliable, customer-focused, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have permission to work in Australia.
