Part Time Store Manager

Georgies Fine Jewellery Batemans Bay

This is a job share position working on a 4 day a week roster approx 33 hours a week.
- An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning jewellery team. We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager with proven retail sales experience.
- Jewellery and/or retail management experience in a sales focused environment will be highly regarded.
- As the face of our business you will have a mature outlook with outstanding customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, great personal presentation and pride in the store presentation is essential.
- Being a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally is a crucial to this position.
- You will need to be available some public holidays and over busy holiday periods.
- You will be willing to learn and comply with our company policies and procedures.

Essential criteria:

- Training will be provided but we expect you have experience in some of the duties below.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Staff supervision
- Reconciling cash
- Opening and closing store
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Selling to customers and achieving KPI targets
- Taking in repairs
- Using our POS system to enter data and process sales
- Processing customer orders
- Small repairs
- Cleaning and merchandising
- Receiving and transferring stock
- Stocktaking

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: $40,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
