The role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage a diverse clinical caseload while working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Engaging with a variety of older adults presenting with various conditions provides an enriching environment to continually enhance clinical skills through hands-on experience and tailored professional development opportunities, such as attending relevant sessions.
Furthermore, as the successful Grade 3 AHA, you'll have the chance to step into a leadership role, overseeing Grade 2 AHA and AHA students. This presents a fantastic opportunity to share expertise, mentorship, and guidance while actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives and research project

To be Successful in this Role, you will have:
- Experience in treating and managing clients with a variety of conditions
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience supervising AHAs and students
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and/or research activities
- Experience or ability to quickly develop skills in delivering patient care via home visiting, community locations, aquatic and telehealth (Health Direct platform) modalities
- Full Australian Driver’s license
