**Primary Class Teacher - full-time position**:
**Aurora Southern Highlands Steiner School is seeking a Class 2 Teacher with qualifications and experience working in Steiner education.**

Aurora School is located in Bowral, NSW. We are a dynamic, young, Pre-K to Year 12 school with a single stream class structure for K - 6 and composite classes in the secondary school.

Aurora staff work collaboratively and professionally with a strong focus on student learning and a love of children. We are committed to developing healthy, purposeful education for today’s world and challenging students to continually improve. Our rich learning program is based on the principles of Steiner Education and additionally delivers the NSW curriculum as a registered and accredited school. Our Primary Class Teachers are supported by a dynamic team of specialist teachers in Languages, Craft and Music.

We are looking for an innovative, experienced Class Teacher who is excited to be taking up the Year 2 class and looking forward to guiding the children’s educational journey through to Class 6. The successful applicant would join our team from the beginning of Term 2, and would be an educator who works with energy, skill and an enthusiasm for teaching. The preferred applicant will have training and experience in Steiner education and a commitment to professional learning. They will show a capacity for working in a team environment, sharing ideas and working harmoniously with others to further Steiner Education in a contemporary context.

Salary will be in accordance with experience and classification under the Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
