**IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst**

**Full Time Crown Melbourne**

Due to the expansion of the IT Risk & Compliance team we have an opportunity for an **IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst** to join Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Group Assistant Manager, IT Compliance, you will assist with the management and implementation of the Crown Resorts IT Risk and Compliance Programs ensuring that technology, networks, and digital assets are protected and meet the risk and compliance standards for Crown Resorts.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with technology governance risk management and audits, identifying risks to the wider business.
- Upholding Crown Resorts obligations to Payment Card Industry Standards Program and AML programs.
- Reviewing and updating IT Risk and Compliance documentation as required.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and external customers, including government regulators across all Crown Resorts.
- Working to ensure Crown Resorts meets business and regulatory obligations within the IT Group.
- Implement controls from recommendations arising from cyber security reviews, Internal/External audits, policies, and standards. Delivering IT Governance, Risk and Compliance processes, frameworks, and standard operating procedures through consolidation and standardisation across the Australian properties.**What you need to be successful**
- 2-5 years plus experience working in information technology and or governance, risk, and compliance from within in a complex corporate environment.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant Information technology or Governance, Risk and Compliance discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working with cross functional teams is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss security and risk management with different stakeholders.
