**About You**

**About the Role**
- Consult with SMEs to build a curriculum that meets the goals that each skill cohort must achieve
- Propose a learning strategy (high-level design)
- Develop the content and material required for the program, for example, facilitator guides, presentation packs, handouts, job aids, etc.

**You will need the following skills/experience**:

- Highly experienced in instructional design
- Previous experience designing learning for Tech audiences
- Previous experience designing practical hands-on sessions
- Able to complete the end to end from TNA to hands on development of learning assets
- Must be able to scope the time to develop all deliverables
- Experience developing content to meet learning objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work to multiple competing priorities whilst delivering content with strong attention to detail
- Experienced in a range of software tools and able to quickly learn new tools
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines
- Able to quickly come up to speed
