**Female Youth Disability Support Worker - NOOSA TRIATHLON WEEKEND**

**Casual / Part-Time | Immediate Start**

We are seeking a kind, reliable, and energetic **female Youth Disability Support Worker** to provide one-on-one support for a young female participant in NOOSA

This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, enjoys engaging with young people, and can create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

**About the Role**:
You will support the participant in her daily routines and social activities, helping her build confidence, independence, and community connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional and practical support
- Assist with after-school routines and weekend outings
- Support with community access and social activities
- Encourage positive relationships and personal growth

**Requirements**:

- Experience supporting young people or individuals with disabilities
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Youth Work, or equivalent (preferred)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Must be female (participant preference)
- Friendly, patient, and professional
